A Man Showed His Stunning Transformation After Laser Tattoo Removal (3 photos + 1 video)
Leandro de Souza, 36, known as the most tattooed man in Brazil, has decided to make a radical change. He began the process of laser removal of tattoos that covered 95% of his body.
De Souza began covering his body with designs when he was 13 years old. Over the years, he has made about 170 tattoos inspired by rock bands Nirvana, Guns N’ Roses and Metallica. His image has made him famous throughout the country. However, now the man has chosen a different path. He has undergone several painful tattoo removal procedures and attributes the change to finding faith.
"After the fifth session of facial tattoo removal, thanks to Jesus Christ," Leandro wrote on his Instagram.
Hell Tattoo in Sao Paulo, where the procedures are performed, noted that the man feels his dignity has been restored.
"Tattoos do not define character. Life is transformed through choice, effort and determination to move forward," the studio emphasized.
In an interview with local media, Leandro admitted that after a divorce and addiction he found himself in a difficult situation, but thanks to the evangelical movement in the shelter he was able to change his life. He gave up drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, and is trying to get an official job to help his child and mother.
"Think carefully before you get a tattoo on your face, because I regretted it," he said, emphasizing that he does not condemn the art of tattoos, but now puts faith and new goals first.
