Another Pole, a railway crossing and a barrier

I don't know what the joke is, but if a Pole sees a closed railway crossing, he will definitely drive onto it and do everything to "save" the barrier! There have been so many similar cases - all as if copied from a carbon copy. True, no one saved the barrier. Then the car owner will be charged such a fine that he will never pay it for the rest of his life. Village of Wola-Filipowska, Poland.
