Actors without an Oscar: goats were filmed “fainting” from fear

Myotonic goats, known for their fear response, literally fall off their hooves when frightened. For the goats in the video, one rumbling truck is enough to instantly perform a small performance.

It's all about a rare genetic feature. When stressed, these goats' muscles seem to forget what to do for a couple of seconds, and the animal slows down or simply falls over on its side. It all looks so dramatic and ridiculous at the same time that it seems as if nature awarded them this unusual property solely for the sake of laughter.
