The fighters of the 2nd Battalion of the 40th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade discovered the enemy in time and destroyed it. The Russian invaders made another attempt to land on the islands of the Kherson region, hoping to "slip through" by boat unnoticed. The Ukrainian defenders opened fire on the occupiers, disrupting their plans. The attempt to break through ended in failure: the enemy suffered losses, Censor.NET reports.
