A Russian ballistic missile has collapsed concrete floors into the basement of a building. This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko, Censor.NET reports.
"The ballistic missile, which completely destroyed one of the entrances of a high-rise building in the capital, went so deep that it collapsed concrete floors into the basement," the report says.
All services are currently working in an enhanced mode to clear the rubble as quickly as possible.
