This Rfish with a perpetually dissatisfied "face" and plump red lips prefers not to swim, but to walk along the bottom. 
Darwin's batfish is found near the Galapagos Islands and the coast of Peru, and is easily identified by its bright red lips, similar to human lips.
These "monsters" feed on smaller fish, luring them with an appendage on their nose, and if they really need to, they can still swim, but awkwardly and for a short distance.
