One against three
Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement attempted to apprehend 37-year-old Joseph Manitowabi. However, during the arrest, Manitowabi resisted, striking three officers. As a result, Fargo police were forced to conduct a short pursuit down Roberts Street before Manitowabi was finally captured.
