A worker in Turkey opened the lid of a fuel tanker with a cigarette in his mouth. The incident occurred at a sunflower oil plant. According to witnesses, the 27-year-old man was thrown back by the blast wave and suffered severe injuries and burns. The employer and the insurance company, of course, will not pay for his treatment due to the blatant violation of safety precautions.
