A video has been published online showing a TCC serviceman in Kharkiv hitting a civilian man twice during warning measures. As reported by Censor.NET, the recording shows four other representatives watching their colleague's actions.
"A TCC serviceman hit a man in the stomach on Primerovskaya. The guy's documents were being checked near the Victoria Hotel. During the conversation, he was punched, and after a while, he was put in a van and taken away," the author of the publication notes in a comment.
