A group of underage rich kids drive luxury cars around Kyiv accompanied by police and sing a song of Russian fascists

A video has been published online showing several underage rich kids driving around Kyiv in luxury cars, singing Russian songs, and deliberately causing traffic jams. As reported by Censor.NET, one of the fragments of the recording shows the rich kids being accompanied by a patrol police car.
