LV went to the military cemetery where the remains of Tan's father were buried, stole the urn with his ashes, and sent a photo of the urn to his ex-lover, threatening that if she did not return to him, she would never see her father again.

Tan went to the police. The police not only found the urn that LV had hidden on the territory of his poultry farm, but also arrested the man, accusing him of both desecration of remains and criminal intimidation.
