A little boy accidentally ate his grandfather's ashes

A resident of the British city of Lincoln, Natasha Emeny, posted a video online of her one-year-old son. The boy accidentally ate his grandfather's ashes.

According to Emeny, the child was left alone in the living room for a couple of minutes. When she returned, she found gray powder scattered all over the room. The sofa, the floor, toys, and the baby himself were all dirty. Then the woman noticed an open urn on the dresser, which contained her father's ashes.

Only then did she notice that the ashes were in her son's mouth, and realized that he had eaten them. In an interview with The Sun, Emeny noted that her child was fine, since he had not managed to swallow much of the urn's contents.
