A monkey stole a phone from a gaping tourist
Pasha von Beck, who was vacationing in Uluwatu (Bali, Indonesia), got acquainted with the local fauna and was convinced that this fauna is criminal.
A monkey came to the villa where the tourist was staying and stole the woman's phone. The animal ripped open the case and threw it away, tempted only by the device itself.
Usually in such cases it is worth trying to make an exchange and offer the monkey something tasty. But in response to the offered fruit, the impudent thief only hissed.
Luckily, the monkey inadvertently turned on the phone, so when the animal played enough with the new toy and threw it away, Pasha was able to track the device, and the workers servicing the villa helped her find the loss. So the incident turned out to be quite comical, and the tourist has something to remember.
