Even the state premier took care of his fate. However, the pet's owners have not yet been found.
A furry stowaway was "detained" in Australia: early in the morning of March 25, a curious ginger cat boarded a train on its own in the suburbs of Melbourne, settled in the carriage and safely reached the central station.
CCTV footage shows the pet following passengers hurrying to work and boarding the train.
The adventures of the cat were told on her page on the social network X (formerly Twitter) by the Prime Minister of the Australian state of Victoria Jacinta Allan.
According to her, there was no GPS tracker on the animal’s body, by which the owners could track it, but caring passengers took care of the tailed stowaway throughout the entire journey.

“So if you have lost a well-mannered ginger cat who loves trains, please contact us,” Allan added in the post.
The passengers handed the cat over to the train staff. The traveler is now in an animal shelter. They said that only the cat's legal owners would be able to take it.
