Porsche presented an electric bicycle at the price of a car (7 photos)

Porsche Design has unveiled an upgraded eBike Sport electric bicycle, which first appeared in the company's model range in 2021. This time, the suspension design has been revised and carbon fiber has been added. In addition, the two-wheeled Porsche now has a version with a more affordable battery. However, the base price of the eBike Sport is still comparable to the cost of the entry-level versions of the Lada Granta. Orders for the new product are open at a price of 9,900 euros.





Porsche positions the eBike Sport as an urban model with a sporty character. However, with the update, the bike is also prepared for light rough terrain: the front suspension is equipped with a Fox front fork with 120 mm of travel from the eBike Cross model. The two-wheeler is also equipped with a new carbon fiber steering wheel and five-spoke carbon wheels. The Maguro brakes, electronic gear shifting and lighting have been optimized, which have become more powerful.

Porsche offers the eBike Sport in three frame sizes (also carbon fiber). The average-sized bike weighs only 21.6 kilograms. Two Shimano batteries are available: 504 or 630 Wh.
