In China, the owner of a company raffled off a large sum of money among employees. 
The owner of a Chinese crane manufacturer raffled off more than 8 million dollars among employees: the boss simply dumped the cash on the table and allowed them to take as much as they could correctly count in the allotted time.
“At the annual meeting of the company, employees became participants in an unusual and generous raffle. The company's management spread out over $8 million in cash on a table nearly 70 meters long, allowing employees to take as much money as they could count in a limited amount of time."
One of the employees was able to earn $14,000 in 15 minutes. The company's president explained that such generosity was made possible by a successful year.
