How big are Komodo dragons

Why are Komodo dragons called dragons? No, really, what else can you call them? Just look at these huge dinosaurs! It's good that they don't have wings and don't spit fire.

Thanks to their enormous size and strength, they hunt wild boars, deer, and even buffalo. A person wouldn't survive if attacked by this "lizard" either.
