Severe and merciless tuning ordered by an Arab sheikh (5 photos + 1 video)
Car photographer Larry Chen has published photos and videos of the world's largest Ford Mustang, which was built on a Dodge Ram chassis and called Rammus. The car was made for one of the Arab sheikhs.
According to Larry Chen, the Rammus is based on the "trolley" of the Dodge Ram pickup, but it is completely devoid of a cargo platform. The cabin capsule was seriously moved back, resulting in an extra-long hood and a huge underhood space. The impressive 6.4-liter V8 Hemi could only occupy part of it. The dimensions of the car forced the installation of special marks for the driver along the edges of the front bumper.
Compared to the regular 2015 Ford Mustang, from which it borrows its body panels, the Rammus is much wider. The difference in platform and body panel width was hidden by new components, including giant wheel arches. The Rammus also features spoked wheels and whitewall tires, with a retro-style spare tire mounted on the outside. The interior is assembled from various parts from the Dodge Ram and Mustang.
It is noteworthy that this same sheikh initiated the construction of the world's largest Hummer several years ago - a six-meter copy of the original SUV on a truck chassis.
