A man recreated an exact replica of the opera house from a construction set

Italian Luca Petragli has created an exact replica of the San Carlo Opera House in Naples using LEGO. The 90-centimeter-tall model required 200,000 parts and over 400 hours of work.

Luca recreated not only the theater's façade, but also the interior, including the frescoes on the ceiling. For added effect, he installed LEDs in all the lights, making the model even more realistic.

The San Carlo Theater is the oldest opera house in the world, operating since 1737. Luca Petragli managed to convey its grandeur using only standard LEGO parts, which was not only a technical achievement, but also a tribute to Italy's cultural heritage.
