Canadian Grandmother Sets Push-Up Record (2 photos + 1 video)
59-year-old woman from Canada got into the Guinness Book of Records by doing more than 1,500 push-ups in an hour
Donna Jean Wild is sure that even if old age is unavoidable, you can age beautifully, gracefully and confidently. The main thing is to lead an active lifestyle.
And this 59-year-old resident of Alberta (Canada), who is a grandmother of 12 grandchildren, is quite ready to prove her words with deeds.
Recently, a woman got the opportunity to become a superhero for her grandchildren, because she did 1,575 push-ups in an hour, which was recorded by representatives of the Guinness Book of Records.
By the way, this is not the first record. Previously, the lady was able to stand in a plank position for the longest time - 4 hours, 30 minutes and 11 seconds. Donna said that she trained for hours in her home at the foot of the Rocky Mountains - the quiet power of nature constantly inspired her.
The record holder is ready to give advice to anyone who wants to follow her example: it doesn’t matter that you can’t do 1,575 push-ups right now. Start with at least one push-up and constantly improve your result.
