Moldovan Foreign Minister Popshoi confirmed that Russian drones and missiles violated the country's airspace
On Sunday morning, November 17, during the combined attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, Russian missiles and drones violated the airspace of Moldova. This was stated on the social network X by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Mihai Popșoi, Censor.NET reports.
The diplomat noted that both missiles and drones crossed the airspace of Moldova, which attacked the critical structure of Ukraine.
He condemned another violation of the airspace of Moldova by Russia.
"We strongly condemn the violation of the airspace of Moldova by Russian missiles and drones aimed at the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. Explosions near our border and drones flying low over our villages testify to the risks to our citizens caused by Russia's brutal war," the statement reads.
Popșoi also published a video in which the sound of Russian missiles flying by can be heard.
