У мене бошку це зносить навіть. Навчав в універі геріатрію. Так тут не побачив у неї жодної класичної старечої зміни, як втрата м'язової маси тощо.

Такі навантаження у віці жах як шкідливі. М'язи не відновлюються за пару днів, суглоби в мотлох, метаболізм на нулі. Бабуся унікум, іншим таке тільки сниться. Мені 37, колінні суглоби з ранку розминаю. А тут про 71
