A camera trap captured a black-footed cat. The black-footed cat is considered one of the smallest wild cats in the world. The length of the head and body of an adult animal is 35–52 centimeters.
The cat feeds on rodents, birds, reptiles, hares and other small animals. Her hunt ends in success in 60% of cases (for a lion this figure is 20-25%).
