Consequences of Ukrainian drone strikes on an oil depot in the Smolensk region
Satellite images have appeared online showing the consequences of attacks on the Rosneft oil depot in the village of Razdoro, Smolensk region. As Censor.NET reports, the Russian Radio Liberty writes about this.
The footage shows that some fuel tanks were burned to the ground.
“The consequences of a Ukrainian drone strike on an oil refinery in the Smolensk region,” the message says.
Let us recall that on the night of April 24, SBU drones, in addition to a base in the Smolensk region, attacked a base for storing and pumping fuels and lubricants in the village of Yartsevo, Smolensk region of Russia.
26 thousand cubic meters of Russian fuels and lubricants were stored at these bases. After the explosions, large-scale fires began at the facilities and personnel were evacuated.
Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainian drones have damaged 18 Russian refineries, leading to a reduction in production by almost 14 percent.
