The accident itself occurred last summer on the ring road in the Shushar district, but the video was published by the St. Petersburg police only now. A police officer was reporting an accident in which a Cadillac driver got involved, and at that moment a Hyundai Santa Fe with a tinted windshield flew into them at a speed of 115 km/h.
