In St. Petersburg, a truck rammed parked cars

On April 17, in St. Petersburg, on Komendantsky Prospekt, a truck at full speed drove into cars that had stopped at a traffic light. According to preliminary information, 12 cars were damaged, 8 people were injured. Eyewitnesses say that the truck's brakes most likely failed, after which it gathered everyone in its path.
