In St. Petersburg, a driver knocked out a Zhiguli standing in the right lane

On the ring road in St. Petersburg, near the Tallinn interchange, a Zhiguli stood in the right lane without the emergency gang switched on. The driver of the "Focus" probably got distracted from the road and did not have time to slow down in time.
In the first seconds of the video, it seems that the Focus driver is holding a phone in his hands.
A 36-year-old man was hospitalized with a chest contusion and broken ribs. It is not known which car he was in.
