In Germany, a guy wrote 4227 denunciations against residents of his city (3 photos)
The vigilant citizen is regularly promised to be beaten, but he claims that he is “free from fear.” 
18-year-old Niklas Mattei from Gräfenhainichen calls himself a “master of denunciations.” Locals call it less censorial. 
In his free time, Niklas puts on a reflective suit, gets on his bike and rides around the city. He looks for illegally parked cars, takes pictures of them and sends the pictures to the police.
In just one year, he filed 4,227 complaints to the authorities - and made careless parking attendants €140,000 poorer. It turns out that he covered 8% of the residents of his city. It is clear that they are not happy with such a truth-teller and promise to beat him hard. But it hasn’t come to the point of assault yet. But they write back complaints against him to the mayor of Gräfenhainichen. By the way, he is on the side of the complainants. The official says that the guy has bothered everyone: both residents and the police. The guy doesn’t allow the security forces to work properly at all; they deal with his messages about parking attendants from morning to evening.
Such antics cannot be tolerated. We are considering all legal measures. “I dream that his special talent will find another area of application,” said the burgomaster.
Niklas does not react to threats and declares that he is “alien to fear.” The desperate guy now promises to check the officials: he will monitor how they spend the 140 thousand fines that the city budget received with his help. The young man is also not afraid of the police; he recently counted out two security officers because of the dirty license plates of their car. They just shook their heads in surprise. 
Niklas has ambitious goals: to catch at least one violator throughout Germany. The residents of Gräfenhainichen are only too happy about this - they can’t wait for him to leave their city and begin to create a nightmare for the whole country.
