“At night, on the 21st km of the Moscow Ring Road, a 54-year-old driver of a Man car with a semi-trailer hit a Citroen car that had stopped due to a breakdown, which hit a man and then collided with another car. The 37-year-old died was the driver of a faulty car,” the report says.
