On the night of September 30, on the inner side of the 91st kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, near the interchange with Ostashkovskoye Highway, the driver stopped in the left lane and began to repair his car. He didn’t even have time to open the hood when, in classic fashion, the “blind” taxi driver crashed into him at full speed.
