Tom Holland's seven-figure salary from Marvel almost went to Tom Hollander by mistake (1 photo + 3 videos)

Can you imagine how sick the accountant felt who made this mistake? 
The fact is that in the world of cinema there are two Toms with very similar surnames. One Holland, another Hollander. Outwardly they are completely different, but who in the Marvel accounting department will remember all these actors by sight.
Hollander played in Pride and Prejudice, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission Impossible, and even received a BAFTA Award for The Night Manager.
Holland stars in Spider-Man while portraying Peter Parker in The Avengers.
So, in one of his interviews, Hollander shared a sad story.
“I went to visit my friend who worked in the theater in England. I sat smugly in the audience, having just played a $30,000 show on the BBC... break time came, I checked my email and received an email from the agency that said: 'Receipt for first box office bonus for 'The Avengers'."
Hollander thought to himself, “I don't think I'm in the Avengers,” but instead opened the email intended for Holland.
“It was an amazing amount,” Hollander said. “It was not his salary. This was his first cash bonus. Not the entire cash bonus, but the first one. And it was more money than I've ever [seen]. It was a seven-figure sum.”
It’s a shame, it’s annoying, but what can you do, I had to point out the error to the sender, and the receipt was forwarded to another Tom.
