Operators of the 3rd separate MTR regiment during reconnaissance operations in the Donetsk direction discovered the Russian electronic warfare system "TIRADA-2". The complex is designed to disable communication satellites. The Russians completed its development in the fall of 2018, and in the spring of 2019, “TIRADA-2” was detected in the territory of the occupied Lugansk region. Having determined the coordinates of the enemy target, the MTR operators aimed fire at it from the missile unit of the Defense Forces. As a result of an accurate fire attack, the electronic warfare system was completely destroyed,” the commentary to the post notes.
