An opossum climbed into an American woman’s house and hid in the branches of a Christmas tree.

In Texas, a woman returned from work and heard suspicious sounds coming from the direction of the holiday tree.

Having examined the tree, the woman realized that a “toy” had appeared on the branches, which she had not even thought of decorating the tree with - it was a live possum. At the same time, the homeowner has no idea how the animal got into the house, because all the doors and windows were closed.

Wearing gloves, the lady managed to catch the possum, but not right away. Having been removed from the tree, he began to rush around the room and hide under the furniture. But the visitor, who was not aggressive, but timid, was still able to be expelled. The woman added that she loved animals and might have allowed the possum to stay, but it smelled too disgusting.
