Butterbeer from Harry Potter

Ingredients (sweet version):

Milk - 1 liter

· Ice cream (sundae) – 600 g

Caramel sauce - 50 ml

To prepare the drink, simply beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Sometimes cream soda is added here. But be prepared that this drink will appeal only to those with a real sweet tooth.

Ingredients (alcoholic version):

· Unfiltered beer – 0.5 l

· Eggs – 2 pcs.

· Butter – 1.5 teaspoons

· Cream (10% fat) – 250 ml

· Sugar – 3 tablespoons

To begin, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Heat the beer without boiling, and pour the mixture of eggs and sugar into it, stirring constantly. Do the same with melted butter. Cook the mixture, stirring, for 5 minutes, then add cream. When the mixture heats up again, you can turn it off and pour into glasses. You can add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste while the drink is brewing.

Homemade cookies from Ted's Lasso

Ingredients:

· Butter – 200 g

· Sugar – 100 g

· A pinch of salt

Flour - 180 g

· Almond flour 50 g

Beat the butter, sugar and salt with a mixer, then add the sifted flour. Stir until smooth. Place the dough in a small pan and level the surface. The dough should stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, after which you can place the mold in a preheated oven (180 degrees), not forgetting to pierce the future cookies with a fork in several places. Bring the cookies until golden brown (20-25 minutes) and remove.

Ram-don (chapaguri) from Parasite

· Instant noodles Chapaghetti and Neoguri (and included vegetable flakes and seasonings)

· Beef

Boil water in a saucepan (about 4 cups). When it boils, add the noodles and vegetables from both packets (not the seasonings!). After 2-3 minutes, drain the resulting broth (it will be useful later). Meanwhile, cut the beef into cubes (the size depends on your preference, but it is recommended to cut coarsely), then fry until cooked over medium heat.

Now you should return the broth to the pan and add the meat to it. While the water is heating, add Chapaghetti seasoning and half a packet of Neoguri seafood seasoning (it is very spicy, be careful). Stir until the sauce thickens, and then serve.

Truffles with pepper from the movie “Chocolate”

Cocoa powder - 2 teaspoons

· Ground chili pepper (on the tip of a teaspoon)

· Cognac – 300 ml

· Cream (33%) – 100 ml

· Dark chocolate – 200 g

Place the crushed chocolate in a saucepan, add cognac and cream. Stir the mixture over medium heat, bring it to a boil and remove from heat. Add pepper and a pinch of salt. Grate the lemon zest and add it to the mixture along with the squeezed juice. Then you need to put the resulting mass on a flat surface and put it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
