Thai prostitutes robbed a tourist in a wheelchair (7 photos)
An elderly British tourist was robbed in Pattaya. The 60-year-old man, confined to a wheelchair, picked up three prostitutes and brought them to his room. The girls sent the client to take a shower and ran away with his money. 
Chris John Glennon met two Thai women and a transgender man on a busy coastal street and brought them to his room at the Basaya Beach Hotel and Resort. The Briton left for a short time, and when he returned from the shower, there were no sex workers or valuables in the room.
The guest, still shirtless, drove up to the reception desk and reported the theft to staff. He filed a police report at 12:16 on Wednesday. 
One of the photos shows the Briton telling the investigator what happened using the Google Translate app. It turned out that the workers of the oldest profession stole 6,000 baht and 150 pounds sterling.
Two suspects, Thai Chanthakarn Donluam and transgender prostitute Ekkarat Marknok, were identified based on the information they left at registration. The identity of the third offender, who did not present documents, is still being investigated. 
Police Captain Anirut Jehra said, “We have sent investigators to examine the CCTV footage. We have obtained crucial evidence — photocopies of the identity cards that the suspects handed over to the hotel staff before going to the victim’s room.” 
A worker at the Basaya Beach Resort said Chris was a regular guest. Rooms there cost 1,000 baht per night. Because he had difficulty speaking, he had to use the phone to communicate with staff. 
She said: "He booked a room online on June 24 and has been alone all this time. Chris has invited women in the past but there have been no incidents. He was a regular guest, no trouble, we regularly brought food to his room. He immediately reported the incident to the staff. The hotel called the police and we prepared the CCTV footage for them." 
Her colleague added: "Mr Chris told the staff that a transgender woman stole his money while he was taking a shower. The footage shows that all three were female and between 25 and 30 years old. Only two of them left their ID at the reception."
The police have issued a wanted notice for the trio and asked anyone with information to contact the authorities immediately.
