A resident of Samara beat a woman in an elevator for asking not to smoke in the entrance
A man hit a woman on the head several times in the elevator of a high-rise building in Samara. Even the crying of a young child nearby at the time did not stop the attacker.
The footage shows a man in the company of another person sitting on a sofa in the entrance. A woman with a child came into the room and made a remark to him, which the man took aggressively. The second man tried to restrain the aggressor, but he failed.
After that, he caught up with them in the elevator, pushed the woman and hit her in the head several times. The crying of the child, who was also in the elevator car and hugging his mother receiving blows, did not stop the aggressor.
As a result, the woman was able to push the attacker out of the elevator. Nothing is known about her condition yet.
It all happened in the South City microdistrict - 2 on Gubernatorskaya Street. As specified, the man was drunk and smoking in the entrance. He was angered by his neighbor's remark asking him to put out his cigarette.
After the attack on the woman, the Samaritan did not calm down. He went into the next entrance, where he first set fire to the elevator and then damaged the CCTV camera. The aggressive man was neutralized by local residents, the report states. They called the police.
