The incident occurred yesterday, June 18, in the evening, when two young people were drinking alcohol on a bench near the house at 24 Shlyuzovaya. According to the source, one of them ate dried fish and threw the remnants of food on the flower bed. Then a woman came out of the entrance, who is engaged in ennoblement of the territory adjacent to the house, and demanded that they remove the garbage from the flower bed.
