In Omsk, a man dropped a stroller with a child from a high curb

A resident of Omsk was walking along the sidewalk with a stroller, and then decided to turn onto the lawn. A few seconds later, he dropped the child off the high curb. The man was believed to be intoxicated.

Last Monday, July 3, a resident of Omsk witnessed the inappropriate behavior of a man who was walking with a child on Prigorodnaya Street.

Omich walked along the sidewalk, and then turned onto the lawn and dropped the child from the high curb. The fallen child hit his head. Then the man tried to get up with the baby in his arms, but fell with him. The child almost got hit by a car.

Currently, the Omsk police are investigating.
