A strange orange creature was discovered on a British beach (5 photos)
Marine experts are shocked by the recent discovery of a British family. While walking along the beach in the fishing village of Keiss, they discovered a strange orange creature washed up on the shore.
The small Scottish fishing village of Caisse is known for its stunning sandy beaches and breathtaking views. People often come here for fishing, and recently a father and son were walking along the local beach. 36-year-old Gregg Jenkinson and his son Tyler came across a mysterious orange creature washed up on the shore while walking. At first, little Tyler noticed him - he thought that the tentacles of an octopus had washed ashore.
"As we got closer, we could clearly see it was a fish, but we had no idea what it was. It was quite large. I was intrigued because that's something you don't see very often in our area," Gregg said.
The man also mentioned that the animal probably washed up on a rocky beach after a storm. He then decided to take a photo of the creature and posted it on his social media page. The publication quickly collected hundreds of comments from intrigued users.
Even experts from the British Cetacean Research Program have not determined what kind of fish it is. They suggested that it looked like the decomposed remains of some small cetacean. Either way, they need more photos to further classify the sea creature.
