Ferrari decided to share a piece of Leman's glory with selected buyers. Based on the 499P sports prototype, which won the 2023 marathon, a supercar has been developed for private owners. It will not be possible to drive on public roads, but the new product is valued at at least 5.1 million euros. At the same time, the 499P Modificata turned out to be even more powerful than the original, and the purchase price included participation in exclusive racing events. 
When developing the 499P Modificata, engineers from Maranello did not need to look at the FIA regulations, so the car's power plant was slightly modified. It, as before, is a hybrid based on the 3-liter V6 from the Ferrari 296 GT3. However, on a private car, the front electric motor can be used at any time, whereas on an official car it can only be used at speeds above 190 km/h.
Another innovation is the Push to Pass system. With the press of one button, the power plant becomes 163 hp more powerful for 7 seconds. With. The total output of the engines of the new supercar ultimately reaches 870 hp. s., while the Lemanovsky car is limited to 680 forces.
No additional external differences or interior modifications are reported. Ferrari said it aimed to give customers the same racing experience as the top-class Le Mans winning crews. For this purpose, the company organizes a series of track events called Sport Prototipi Clienti. In addition to the track ticket, the price of the Ferrari 499P Modificata includes all logistics and maintenance.
Ferrari won the current 24 Hours of Le Mans in early June. For the company, this is the first such title since 1965 and the tenth winning finish overall. It is noteworthy that the famous race itself celebrated its 100th anniversary this year.
