The Ferrari SP-8 roadster, created in a single copy, was presented (6 photos)
Ferrari has custom developed a one-of-a-kind SP-8 roadster based on the production Ferrari F8. All the differences are in the original design with specially thought-out aerodynamics against the background of the complete absence of a roof. The car will be fully ready only by the spring of 2024. 
The rear of the supercar was completely redesigned for the sake of aerodynamics, and a number of original parts were used in the front part. This, in particular, is a grille with vertical slats in the front bumper, printed as a single unit on a 3D printer. Vertical details and cross inserts are meant to reference the appearance of classic Ferraris such as the Testarossa, while the wheel design is meant to be reminiscent of the F40 wheels.
The head optics are completely new, the rear lights follow the outlines of the Ferrari Roma lighting equipment, but are equipped with a different content. The interior has also undergone some changes - in particular, a box selector in the style of the flagship SF90 Stradale is used here, and the interior is trimmed with a combination of special fabric and Alcantara with laser engraving.
The SP-8 power unit remained standard. This is a 3.9-liter V8 developing 720 hp. and 770 Nm in combination with a seven-speed “robot”. The factory F8 Spider, equipped with an electric hard top, takes 2.9 seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h with a top speed of 340 km/h.
Ferrari put the new product on public display at the Mugello circuit, where it will remain until the end of the month. The supercar will then be transported to the factory museum in Maranello and will be on display until March next year.
