A pensioner was arrested in the United States for trying to sell contraband Viagra to residents of a retirement village.
Law enforcement officers arrested a 77-year-old Florida resident for illegally selling erectile dysfunction drugs. The man was detained in the retirement village where he lived and where, among other places, he was going to sell his goods.
The prosecution alleges that the man bought more than $1,800 worth of erectile dysfunction drugs in another state. However, the pills had false labels because the man did not have a valid prescription.
The pensioner pleaded not guilty and agreed to have the case heard by a magistrate rather than a jury. If his guilt is proven, he faces up to a year in prison and a fine of up to 10 thousand dollars.
The retirement village he chose is known for stories about the sex lives of its residents. Rumor has it that swingers' parties are often held there, and pensioners are caught having sex in public places. In addition, information appeared in the media that the village has a high level of sexually transmitted diseases.
