Sports beauties! Who is the grandmother here and who is the granddaughter? (11 photos + 1 video)
Leslie Maxwell, a bodybuilder from Melbourne, Australia, enjoys going to the gym with her daughter Vanessa Christofi and granddaughter Tia Christofi. They all wear the same clothing size, so they often share outfits with each other. People around her don't believe Leslie when she reveals her age. 
Leslie, 65, says fitness is the secret to her youth.
“People are shocked when they find out that I have grandchildren. Apparently, it’s unusual to see a grandmother in the gym doing pull-ups and push-ups,” says Maxwell. “However, I recommend strength training to women of any age, as it brings many health benefits ".

Lesley works as a fitness trainer and encourages her clients to lift weights: “It strengthens our bones and helps tone our bodies by increasing muscle mass. I would like to see more women of all ages lifting weights.” 
"I typically do four strength training sessions a week, and since I'm a trainer and am in the gym most of the day, you could say I exercise daily since I'm often carrying weights or lifting weights for my clients," she added. 
Fitness trainer taught daughter and granddaughter to exercise
When Leslie comes to the gym with her family, people can't believe that there is such a big age difference between them.
“People are always surprised to learn that in fact we are three generations of one family. Although we always have a great time together: talking, laughing, training. I am very happy that I have such a wonderful family,” admits the grandmother. 
"I'm lucky that I can share clothes with my daughter and granddaughter. When we shoot together, most of the clothes we take from Tia's wardrobe. She likes to do her hair and choose colors," she added. 
Tia owns a marketing agency and leads an active lifestyle, going to the gym and cheerleading. Many people think that Leslie is her mother.
“They are very surprised when I correct them and say that this is my grandmother,” says Tia. 
"I film my grandmother and I working out, and our videos are popular. She's 43 years older than me, and we both wear similar clothes, lifting weights and following the same workout routine," the granddaughter said.
