In London, an 11-year-old girl was almost kidnapped right on the street
"Please make sure your children are safe," a shocked mother of an 11-year-old girl who was almost taken off the street by two strangers warns British parents. It was lucky that a caring woman was nearby - she sensed something was wrong and saved the child.

The incident occurred at the end of June, and at the same time the London police began to investigate it, but they decided to turn to the public only now - with a request to identify the suspects and help the investigation, if possible.
Surveillance cameras recorded the moment of the alleged kidnapping attempt and how it was prevented.
The girl was leaving a small shop on a busy street in southeast London in broad daylight. The suspects - two young men - according to the seller of the store, spotted her while still inside. One went out and waited for her on the street, near the nearby Mind store.
When she left, he approached her and tried to persuade her to come with him. And he might have succeeded in this if a quick-witted lady who was passing by had not intervened in the situation. She heard the conversation, resolutely approached, told the man that she would call the police now, and took the girl away with her. He had no choice but to leave.
Detectives investigating the alleged kidnapping attempt have released images of two men they would very much like to talk to.
