July 27 at 19:30 Lucidi arrived at the building. He told the guard that goes to a friend on the 40th floor. The security guard called the specified apartment, but the tenants said they didn't know Lucidi. The man tried to arrest uninvited guest, but he had already disappeared into the elevator. Climbing up on 68th floor, the daredevil made his way to the roof. According to some sources, shortly before fall, Remy knocked on the window of the apartment on the top floor and asked for help.

Police found Lucidi's camera at the scene, with video footage of his extreme actions.

"He was healthy, fit and looked happy. I'm so sorry, - says the owner of a budget hotel. - When I asked where he was going, he replied that he was going to climb mountain. He said he wanted to do a lot of climbing."
