Irkutsk drift - drunk and without a license with a fatal outcome

On July 23 at 10 am in Irkutsk on the Innokentievskiy bridge, a 33-year-old man driving a Toyota Harrier lost control of the car and collided with a Ford Focus car. The Ford passenger died at the scene of the accident. Drivers are hospitalized. The driver of the crossover showed signs of intoxication and refused to undergo an examination.
