Drunk driver causes fatal crash at 170 mph

In the Sherbakul region, a 24-year-old driver of a Toyota Crown lost control of the car at a speed of over 170 km/h and flew into a ditch. Together with the driver in the cabin were two 19-year-old passengers - a guy and a girl.
Two of his passengers were hospitalized. The girl died the next day.
“The driver of the Toyota was driving under the influence of alcohol. During the examination, the readings of the breathalyzer amounted to 0.610 mg / l, ”said the UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Omsk Region.
The driver, who repeatedly violated traffic rules, fully admitted his guilt. He faces 5 to 12 years in prison.
