Drunk driver causes fatal accident

On the M8 highway on July 22 at 20:53 at km 1014, a 56-year-old driver of a Hyundai Creta car drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Renault Arkana, driven by a man, 36 years old, moving with three passengers, including 2 children (in child restraints).

As a result of a collision at the scene, a Renault driver and his passenger, a child born in 2021, died. Another passenger, born in 2016, was hospitalized with severe injuries in the children's regional hospital.
