Another train derailed in the USA

This is the fourth major train accident in less than two months.

In the USA, a train derailed again and caught fire. This time up north, in Minnesota. It is reported that the disaster occurred at night on the western outskirts of the city of Raymond. The train was carrying mixed cargo, including corn syrup and ethanol. The latter apparently caused the fire. It is reported that 14 tanks went off the tracks.

The scale of the emergency is serious, all residents were evacuated away from the fire - to the local Prinsburg school. The fire department of the city reported that the settlement is currently inaccessible to the population and asked all those who are not indifferent to bring provisions and bottled water to the Unity Church, where firefighters are quartered.

The Burlington Northern Santa Fe company, which owns the train, has not yet named the cause of the disaster - the incident is being investigated. But obviously, the worn-out railroad tracks are to blame.
