A visitor to one of the Nizhny Novgorod bars went over with alcohol and started a skirmish with friends. The employees of the institution could not calm down the lady who had gone down in earnest and called a detachment of the National Guard to the place.

But even the law enforcement officers did not manage to calm the brawler very well. Even despite the fact that the violent woman was handcuffed, she continued to behave, to put it mildly, unrestrainedly.
